iPad cryptic warning when updating to 7

I synced three times, what further can I do to not have this message appear?

"There are purchased items on the iPad “iPad Mini _ _ _ _ _ _” that have not been transferred to your iTunes library. You should transfer these items to your iTunes library before updating this iPad. Are you sure you want to continue?"

In itunes, go to file>devices>transfer purchases from "nameofdevicehere"

Dont worry about it as long as they were bought on youre account you can just redownload the apps.
