OS X CS 1.6 problem

Hi i downloaded CS 1.6 for MAC from the internet but application doesn't open even after replacing the hw.dll file.
And currently i am running EL CAPITAN on my mac.
please provide me a solution for this.

Try getting a legit copy from Steam.
