CS/AT&T versus Verizon

Anyone who has both carriers notice s difference in customer service?

My experience has been always a good experience after hanging up with att.

With Verizon inmo terrible.

My experience is that AT&T are more friendly, compared to Verizon, who most of the time just sound rude, and they'd rather be doing anything but talking to you.

However, Verizon is more helpful/knowledgable, where as I have gotten some of the dumbest of dumb AT&T reps.
