CS3 Installation Problems

Hello everyone,

My new MacBook Pro was shipped to me on Wednesday and I'm still in the process of transferring some files from this computer to my new one.

Anyways, I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium but whenever I go to install it it says that it cannot install Photoshop because it is already installed on my computer. I had Adobe Creative Suite 3 Extended Version on it but have since uninstalled it because it wouldn't work with Leopard. I've tried locating all the Adobe and all the Photoshop files on my computer and deleted them. When I tried it again, it still said Photoshop was installed on my computer and therefore could not be installed.

Any suggestions for removing this 'ghost' Photoshop application?

Problem solved. I was able to run an apple script to locate all the CS3 files and delete them.

This thread may be deleted.
