So my favorite online reseller http://www.expercom.com only seems to have stock Apple SSD and hard drive combos. Are there any Apple Specialists who will sell you a 27" iMac and put in an aftermarket hard drive and SSD?

Now that I'm typing that out, I bet it would immediately void your warranty.

They are technically authorized to perform those upgrades. Apple in most cases recommends AASP's to provide those customizations.
Though the AASP will probably be the only one to provide warranty work on the service done and the specific ssd. but the machine itself will not be void of a warranty
