ctrl-ins on 2010 MBP 13"

Hi there,
I'm running a Windows app within Parallels, and this app uses the key combination:
Ctrl+Ins

The problem: there's no native Insert key on Mac. I've searched around and tried several options to no avail.

Any ideas out there?
