Current 3G IPhone problems

I'm noticing so many problems with the IPhone and i was wondering if i should wait a week or until they send the next batch of IPhones to see if anything is fixed. Some of the problems are software issue but other is just the hardware like the case breaking and defaults.

well as you said some is software bugs, and the case breaks are usually due to ppl dropping their phone
