Current Generation Mac Pro Video Card

i have a current generation MAC Pro with the 512 Nvidia and a small ATI,
i have been working really hard with Maya2008 lately,
and wanted some advice, which is the best /fastest card to use with Maya?

The ATI 3850 is the best card for Mac out there currently for anything but gaming if you plan on working under OS X. The 4850 is expected sometime soon which is one of the best graphics cards out there on the market for windows.
