Current iPad2 Deals

For those who missed the Black Friday sales, I thought it would be helpful post the current iPad deals. I have been looking but there has not been many discounts.

I picked up an iPad 2 16 GB WiFi at Target for $499 and received a $50 gift card. The tag said $40 gift card, but $50 was fine with me.

That's because the 16GB model has sold out. Keep checking, though. Apple will update their refurbs as models become available.

No. Everyone assumes March/April but we all saw what happened with the iPhone this year. It's hard to predict Apple's behavior, really. Besides, if there's any truth to all these Retina display & LTE rumors chances are this could push back the release date.

If you REALLY, REALLY want one now, I say buy it right now! Whenever the new one is released you can still easily sell the iPad 2 at a good price and use that money towards the new one. The small amount that comes outta pocket for the upgrade to iPad 3 is nothing more than a small fee to pay for using it the next 3 to 6 months.
