well im currently installing xp and i chose NTFS because the FAT option didn't come up... probably because my hd ended up being more than 32 gb.. anyways the most important reasons i want xp on my mac is for gaming so would it be a problem that i chose NTFS or does it really matter?

The file system is transparent as far as games or any other program is concerned. However, NTFS is a good choice as it's a journaling file system and noticeably faster than FAT-32. FAT-32 is also limited to file size creation of ~ 4 GB.

Regards.
