So, I'm currently with ATT (no longer under contract) and i want to stay with ATT.
Because the Verizon phones are unlocked and are most compatible with US Carriers, I would like to purchase a Verizon iPhone X at full price.

I want to go with a Verizon phone so that when I upgrade next year, I can give it to my siblings who are on Verizon.

Can I do this on pre-order?

You need to have an active Verizon account or borrow a friend's active Verizon account details to be able to add it to your shopping cart. Otherwise, you need to wait for the unlocked version which won't be released until stock stabilizes.

I hope so, as that's my plan too. I think we can if we pay full price. You won't be able to if you're on the Apple Upgrade Program as they need an AT&T sim to activate the X.
