Order acknowledged on Friday at 6.30pm
Security call on Sunday at 12 noon closely followed by a order processing email and PDF receipt.
Despite these emails I have still to receive my DHL tracking number and order confirmation. I have spoken to CS a number of times in the last twi days trying to chase this up and been given the following information:
1. Sunday lunchtime there were 260 of my model 64gb 3G black in stock so I would be allocated one and would get delivery email later in the day. I didn't!
2. Monday am I got a guy who read a script saying they would fulfilled the three business days delivery on the website but due to demand they were taking a long tine but to expect my DHL delivery email later.
3. 7.45pm just before. CS closed I spoke to another operator as once I again I hadn't got my email. After going through all the security bumph she told ne that my order had in fact been released and that I would again receive an email when DHL picked it up for delivery.
So this morning there is not surprisingly no email still. I guess I was just wondering how many others there are in this situation who feel they may be being fed the same nonsense from Currys/DSG group. I was wary of ordering from then anyway because let's face it we all know their service is usually shocking but I can't help feeling I'm just being strung along before I get the inevitable bad news.
Anyone else?
