Cursor changes into 'glasses' when woke from sleep

Hello all,
I am having a very weird problem with a Blackbook (2.0 Ghz C2D, 2gb RAM, GMA950 + OSX 10.6.2).
Sometimes when I wake the system up from sleep, the mouse cursor looks like a pair of folded glasses.
When I click on anything, it goes back to normal.

It is very weird and actually a bit creepy.

I tried to take pictures of it but can't use a capture program since opening any application changes the cursor back to normal.

Does anyone have any idea what this is and do you think it it something to be worried about?

I've noticed the same thing as well.

same here although sometimes it takes several minutes before the cursor goes back to normal.
