Cursor Moves To Yes On Pop Up Menus

Every time a menu pops up asking me to choose yes or no, the mouse automatically moves to the yes like it's ready for me to click.

I'm pretty sure I set it to do this a while ago, but I forgot how to change it back. It's late, I'm frustrated, and this is bothering me. A few searches didn't get me anywhere.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and/or how to change it back?

I think that's an option under  -> System Preferences -> Universal Access, but it's not there on my Tiger iBook and I don't have my Leopard computer in front of me to compare.

If you are using SteerMouse, it is under Cursor, Automatic Moving (set to None if you prefer).

It's not under universal access.

I tried steermouse, but then uninstalled it a few minutes later (this was last night):

Maybe I need to restart or something.

You may have to reinstall it and change the settings back to normal, then uninstall again.
