Something odd is happening to me on Safari.
The cursor doesn't change when you are over a link or stop on text. It just stays as an arrow. Sometimes if you select a drop down box though it will change to a text bar.
Any ideas? I restarted Safari, as well as the whole Mac Mini. I also reset Safari, but the cursor still doesn't want to change. Is this a setting that could have gotten wonky?

Seems it's not just in Safari, but I'm also getting weird cursor behaviour in other places as well. In finder I get a text bar when moving over files and folders, and an arrow when a file is selected to rename it.
