custom aspect Ratio for Macbook 12" Retina

The left side edge of the screen has damaged 5mm black bar and a vertical line. can i use switchresX to make a custom aspect Ratio to hide the broken area?

from this:

to something like this but less black bar and higher resolution.

i have no idea how to use switchresX. can you guys help me out?
