Anyone know of any good custom heatsink mods for a Dual MDD? JapaMac page states LGA 775/1156/1366 have proper mounting space for PPC cards but I was wondering if anyone has tried this. I can get some pretty decent donor 1366 heatsinks from server systems.

The duals are tricky because most computer heatsinks are made to fit a single CPU. So you need to find one with a wide enough base to contact both or else two smaller heatsinks. This is part of why water cooling is a good option, because two GPU water blocks (usually smaller than CPU water blocks) could be used. I don't think there was any aftermarket kit made, but if you search there have been a variety of custom/DIY setups posted over the years. I think aquamac is still archived, and I saw this not long ago:
