computers in stock at the store comes with Microsoft office? what about BTO ?

I believe most new Macs come w/ 60 day trial versions of MS office. But if you walk into a retail Apple store, the Macs usually have MS office installed so that customers can give it a whirl. You wish they gave you that suite pre-installed!

Depends on your needs... some people don't need MS office or care to spend the $ on it... There are a bunch of threads about using MS office or not-- there are cheaper/free alternatives (not really if you need spreadsheets), however.

iBooks don't come with MS Office. They come with a trial version of Office. Also a trial version of iWorks is included.
