Custom MBP at Apple Retail Stores?

Can you purchase popular MBP configurations at a brick and mortar Apple Store or is it all stock specs systems?

Planning on getting the MBP 15 " 2.16 with 2gb ram/160hd upgrades this weekend.

At least the stores in my area, they usually only have stock configs but sometimes 2GB RAM. Hard drives are usually stock. Give them a call to find out.
