Figured someone would do this for the Ultra eventually.
This Arizona jeweler is offering this for $379.00.

Not sure what to think. It looks ok I guess in some pics, but on close up, it still has the slight rough texture of the Titanium...which makes it look like it was spray painted. 🤔

I’m a fan of the polished look for watches but this thing up close looks horrendous. Looks like a bad paint job on a car. The reflection in a nicely polished finish should have sharp edges and this clearly (pun not intended) does not.

Hopefully Apple sees this, and it convinces them to produce the Ultra in all the finishes that the regular AW has.

I am actually trying to go the other way. Like my Italian leather phone case, it became more beautiful after 6 months of a natural patina. I am looking forward to the character the AWU picks up along the way, the more “worn” it looks, the more I will appreciate it. Only problem is it still looks new, devoid of character! I have hit it on several things already too! Just need more time I suppose, maybe a lot more time lol.

That looks horrible. The sandblasted finish looks pitted when polished like that, and that plastic ring around the display is just fugly. 🤣

By comparison, the S7 natural Ti actually looks decent when polished:
