Custom notification sounds? Bug or feature?

Hey guys, anyone can replicate this? I'm on an non-jb iPad Air 2, 9.1.

This afternoon a notification popped up from the app "Family Guy" on my screen about all characters finishing their in-game tasks and the sound was the voice of Peter Griffin saying "check this out" (quote from the series) and not my regular notification sound.

Bug or feature? I honestly couldn't believe my ears.

Most likely a custom notification sound the app developers put into their game. Most apps just use the stock sound, but it's not necessary they do. Not sure why you would consider it a bug. It's no different than Twitter using their own bird whistle sound.
