Custom Photo Albums

Can you make custom photo albums for the iphone? I have a 3GS, JB 4.0... using a PC.

What do you mean by custom? Of course you can have any photo album loaded onto your iPhone that you want.

I mean something other than "Camera Roll". Like "Vacations", etc.

I guess you can using itunes, but you cannot move photos into it from the iphone.

Is there a JB app that allows for this?
