Custom trackpad shortcuts for Snow Leopard

What methods can be used to cause three finger tap to result in "cntl+cmmd+d" functionality (cntl+cmmd+d is the pop-up dictionary feature; e.g. two finger tap yields "right click").

Note that BetterTouchTool and MagicPrefs are for Mac OS X 10.7 and later
