Custom Vibrate Text? - iOS5

    Is there a way to change the Vibrate text vibrations?
    I know in iOS 5 the custom is made for Calls, but not for text (or so i can't get it to work for text)

    Anyone know a mod or a way to get this working? I used to use Vibrafications, but now it doesn't work with iOS 5

    Have you tried AsVibra/AsVibra 2? Not sure if they work for ios5, but from memory they are just simple plist/xml tweaks.

    I already said that, but thanks,

    I'll try out AsVibra thanks

    EDIT: AsVibra doesn't work very well, i still love vibrafications if only it updated,
    Anyone else got any suggestions?

    I had purchased Vibrafications for iOS 4.3.3 on my iPhone. I really loved it. So i had download updated jailbreak iOS 5 last week ago but Vibrications won't work with it. They said it s not valid licence. I still confused. I had send report to Cydia author for needing update last few days ago but never got reply message yet. :(

    All,

    i hope this gets fixed as i too am unable to get vibration only for incoming
    SMS messages....

    I tried to edit the plist as posted to a different web page, but this did
    not do it for me...

    All,

    i was able to get this to work (kind of a hack)

    i created a silent mp3 and renamed it to anything.caf..

    then sftp the file into the following directory..

    /System/Library/Audio/UISounds/New


    then go into Settings...Text Tone..

    choose the new file you uploaded..
    also make sure that Vibrate is on

    now when a text comes in you will not hear anything, but your phone will
    vibrate..

    I sent a message to the author of this package and got a response about 6 months later. So... I wouldn't hold my breathe. Sorry.

    Update on Custom Vibrate for Push Notifications?

    Has there been any apps developed that are similar to Vibraficiations?

    Want to customize the vibration settings for push notifications and sms on ios 5.

    Yeah, got nothing

    Just jailbroke my iPhone 4 w/ ios 5. I had a 3gs w/ asvibra and loved it and now that I upgraded, it sucks without asvibra. Any ideas or updates??
