Customer service beyond Applecare?

    Has anyone had any experience with repair issues that go beyond the Apple 800 # for help, as in a corporate level customer service? I'm going through a nightmare repair and Apple's 800 # for service is unhelpful and need to take it up a few levels. Any help appreciated. Thanks

    I have dealt with Customer Relations in the past three months and am very happy with the results. Years ago, I resolved a problem through Jean Teluise, VP of Customer Relations which may have been the end of the tracks when it comes to customer support. I cannot comment on that situation since a NDA was involved. Since then, Apple has come up with the Steve Jobs email address which should be the last resort.
