Because using an incorrect English spelling is an indication that the image is fake. Kind of like seeing a spy photo of the iFone 6.
the source of the image did leak iOS 7 hidden settings back when it was a beta, the source at least gets the benefit of the doubt, it was proven to be true. this "hidden menu" is accesible with jailbreak and believe me it doesn't have consumer-focused names" for what it does..

also the menus on there are testing purposes menus for things apple calls the springboard and you as a consumer would call the homescreen, so having perfect english grammar or a name like SBCCsomething isn't an indication of "fake"

This proves it's photoshop. Not real.

Why don't you take a screen shot, upload to twitter and then use the same filter effects on the photo that's been recompressed... And see what happens.. It proves nothing.

It's real... But being real also doesn't mean that it will make the cut... They are internal test settings.

Just outa curiosity - what settings do people want to be able to add/customize on a non-JB'n iPhone?

A vibrate toggle. I have a JB tweak on mine on 7.0.6, the only change I really need is the vibrate toggle. Theres just no easy way to switch between silent and vibrate on here, which is one of my only complaints with my iPhone.

Ahh I've never thought about that. I'm a huge fan of the side switch from loud to vibrate. But the motor is sometimes annoying too.

Yeah usually I have mine on vibrate and it works fine, but there are definitely times where I want silent mode.

Typically, SBCC stood for Spring Board Control Centre; the style of abbreviations often found in jailbreak tweaks.

Do you think Apple would call the toggle "SBCCTimeShortcut" or "Clock".

If it's real then those aren't the actual strings to be used. They'd be the keys used for localization. Those keys would be replaced by a localized string that would change for the language set by the user.

If you go into an app's resources you'll see folders for different languages and each will have a Localizable.strings file.

Here's an example from the strings file for the OS X Contacts app:

That's what you're seeing here: "SBCCTimeShortcut" is the un-localized key.
