Eeh. I have more appreciation for the OP than the uptight anal-retentive members here who blast through 8-9 iPhones trying to find the idealized one out of the many that look the same.

yes, but even if he put the internals back into the housing. the technicians can tell when they open it. i know this first hand (not that i've done it) but because i worked there before. there are certain things you can tell right off the bat.

Yes true. Simply opening it voids the warranty but that's a risk the OP is willing to take. That's also why Colorware provides their own warranty if you use their services.

and if you're removing every single internal piece. some things you have to remove aren't transferable just to get it off (i can't say what). and hopefully whoever did it was grounded.

Looks weird with the white front and black bands on the back. You should have gotten white bands on the back instead to match the front.

I agree with you, but this will do for now. Looks good, but with the space grey would of been more ideal.

Two questions:

Is there an ALL BLACK option (like the iPhone 5)?
Are these available to purchase and just modify yourself?

There is actually, "Matte Black" . They have a shop in La Puente,Ca. Thats where I went to get it done at. It would love very nice with the space grey. Follow them on Instagram "Neucase", they have a lot of phones that they customized already. Thats how I found them through IG.

OP, looks good. I would prefer the black front and red back but still looks good. Enjoy, ignore the grumps, it is your phone after all.

I know, I'll do that combination with my 6S :D. Yeah, I'm enjoying it so far. I knew I was going to get negative and positive comments posting this on "macrumors" but its ok, I wanted to hear the feedback, doesn't bother me at all :p

if you have problems then hopefully whoever did it for you offered a warranty.

I'd consider getting one of these if it wasn't nearly 300 bucks and a voiding of warranty lol

They sure did . These guys have really good customer service . I did a lot of research before doing it.

I think there's a pic of your phone on their FB! :)

That white and red one looks awesome! I'm an analyst for a company with that color scheme, and that phone would be pretty sweet to have at work!

How long did they take to do the work on it?

So, I was down in LA and decided to stop by this place "Neucase" been following them on IG and I finally checked the place out. Decided to customize my iPhone , and boy I'm very satisfied. Looks pretty cool in my opinion, different than all the iPhones out there. OEM quality , same camera lens, happy overall. It also looks pretty cool with the Ringke Slim black case. Its a little steep, $260, but I figure, if I sell the original housing for $160, I won't feel the pinch that much :p

What you guys think? :)
