Cute ftp pro problem?

i just downloaded the software and it is now after a username and password after i enter the ip address for my ipod touch, im using windows and have no idea how to aquire this username and password, could someone please help with this, cheers

the username is root and the password is alpine. it might be the other way around though so if one dosent work try it backwards. Hope this helps

it keeps coming up ''host validation failed'' i have been typing the ip address found on my wifi network pages, am i doing this right
