cutting up an mp3

I have a track that is over an hour long with talking in between songs. any way to break this up into separate tracks and edit out the talking? thanks.

Stuff you may already have: you could give GarageBand a shot.

Stuff for free: Audacity should do a nice job, but you'll get some minor re-encoding loss.

Not free: Fission, can cut up and merge MP3 losslessly.

Garageband should work just fine.
