Where is it??

Anyone know what ever happened to the CW network app that was supposed to be on the AppleTV by now?

Probably the people in charge of it were pulled off of that project to help finish up iOS8 or OS X or to help figure out how to make something thinner. 😉

"The CW" is a cable network in the US with some original programming and also many syndicate rights for (generally) CBS shows.

But seriously CW swore they would be on the Apple TV. But nothing has shown up..... And according to various articles like this: http://www.macworld.com/article/203...irst-network-to-stream-shows-on-apple-tv.html The channel would not require a cable login.

I agree. Was really hoping to see this. Then Watch ABC came out and it is very nice. Maybe the following caused a problem with the Cable and Sat Companies and decided to drop the idea.

Its not a cable network tho. It's on of the "big five" being CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX & The CW. Which itself is the result of the old The WB & UPN (WB/CBS) merger
