Anyone have thoughts on that Linksys Velop system? I was considering a mesh wifi system for my parent's house to try and get better coverage than their single router is getting them.

The Costco iTunes card just auto cancels after the order is processed. Tried on various accounts, same result. They really fell over this BF on the web.

That happened to me a few months back when Costco was running the special. I thought it was because I was using my sisters Costco account. When I tried again on Friday, however, it went through.

Maybe this means they are out of them? I'm not sure how you run out but maybe?

I don’t think they’re out. Mine went through, charge on my CC, then 3 days later it canceled. They told me to just buy it again, but the system wouldn’t let me because it considered I’d already used my 2 item limit.

So I used someone else’s account, the deal was still active, purchase went through, then minutes later was canceled.

Oh well, bought the same thing from amazon.

Happened to me too. Called and asked why, and they said the billing address must match the Costco subscriber while also using only the Costco credit card. I ended up going to a Costco store yesterday and just grabbing them that way physically.

I can't speak to the Linksys system, but I put the Orbi in my parents house. The layout of their house is very long, so it seemed like a mesh system was the way to go. It was totally worth the money just to not have my mom complain about her wireless internet. I have 1 satellite connected via the wireless connection and the other is using the wired Ethernet back-haul option. The Orbi is currently 299 at Costco if you're a member. That sale ends today.

Weird, that isn't the case in my case. My address is not the same as my sisters, it didn't work a few months ago, but did work on Friday.

How odd.

I love mine. I have the main one with three nodes throughout my house, two stories, 3500sqft and have had zero issues! YMMV, but I like them. I had the Orbi before, and it was good, but I like this product better.
