Cyberduck error when deleting

I get this error every time I try to delete something off my phone with Cyberduck, I click Try Again and it seems to then work. Any ideas how to fix this or whats causing it?

I have, and do sometimes, but I like Cyberduck better.

OK, but since your preferred choice isn't getting it done, time to consider using a different tool.

Well, it works. I just always have to click "try again" whenever I delete something.
