Hi, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm running Mac OS X 10.7.3. I've recently purchased a Cyborg RAT 5 Gaming mouse for my Mac, and downloaded the software for it. The software version is 1.1.28. However, it doesn't function properly. The menu bar app I've seen elsewhere doesn't appear for me. I've heard to save profiles to (user home directory)>Library>Application Support>Smart Technology>RAT, but I don't have that directory. And if I can't save the Profiles in the correct directory, the mouse won't program and the extra buttons are useless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but to no avail.
If you have any ideas on what's wrong, feel free to share.

Have you tried looking in OSX's system preferences and click on the Cyborg Editor near the bottom and check "show in menu bar" or something similar.

Sorry I can't be more specific, I'm not currently at my computer.
