Cycling Distance on Health Dashboard?

Has anyone had any data recorded?

None here. I feel it takes some additional hardware to track my bike rides. If so what hardware will accomplish tracking my distance, sped, time, etc?

Not additional hardware just an app like Strava. I use it and it feeds into the Health app without issue.
