Cydget/Lock Screen help for Jailbreak

So i downloaded the HTC Hero cydget just to check it out and I do not know how to use it? I checked in my winterboard and its not there? so what should i do?

cydgets aren't compatible with 4.0, when it is it will show up if you go to settings -> cydget -> lock cydget order

Are you on iOS 4.x? as previous posted said, it is not working property on 4.x+

Don't get me wrong... Saurik is worth it... but it really sucks that I can't use the theme.
