Cydia and winter board question

Im new to this and I'm trying to figure it out on my own but I've run into some trouble. I have a theme picked out on Cydia. It's called Music theme and the description is a simple red and black theme based. I get some of the theme, but not all. I get the home screen, get the lock screen, but on the slider I don't get the music logo. I don't get any font or any status bar (carrier,time, etc) changes like it shows. I have summer board enabled like I'm supposed to. If someone can lend me a hand, that would be great.

Is the theme updated and fully compatible with your firmware?

Do they say? I tried another and the same thing. I Get like 50% of the themes.

I don't theme my phone so I'm not the most knowledgeable in this area but I was just referring to this thread from this morning.
