cydia apps and tweaks have blank icons

Can someone help me with this? I'm on iOS 5.0.1 and jailbroke using Sn0wbreeze after i was done jailbreaking i installed some tweaks off cydia and they had blank icons. I rebooted and did boot tethered on Sn0wbreeze's iBooty software but the icons were still like this.

Had the same problem with the blank icons and after few times they would appear normal but then go back to blank. I gave up on the tethered jailbreak it's total crap and a headache.

Try a re-spring, should get rid of them
If not, flush the app cache and re-spring

Try downloading and running "Respring" from Cydia.
It solved this problem for me.
