my iPhone lately had to re-install the whole iOS 7.0.4 and I had to re-jailbreak using evaiOn 7.0.5 and my phone works but after say a day or two all of my cydia apps will disappear. I do not instal or do anything they just disappear from my phone why is that and what is going on?

No I even do a respiring and still unable to know what happened? How do you get system logs on a iOS device if at possible?
yes that is what I have been doing and it solves the issue but after a day it goes back to the issue that I have. I don't want to contact Apple cause they will dennie any service if it's jailbreak related.
What tweaks do you have installed? One of them might be causing the issue
Or as I said in the other thread, try reinstalling cydia substrate
