Cydia Apps that work on the iPhone 4 [MUST READ]

What app or tweak is making ads appear in the native settings app???

I know for sure I don't want that crap in my settings app.
 
For some reason, i think SBSettings causes these random blank [white] apps on my homescreen and normally i have to restart my iPhone 4

there was one app that does randomly pop up which is the Nike+iPod App
 
Ones that are working for me are
  1. Bite SMS
  2. Backgrounder (thank God)
  3. Disable ios4 Multitasking

What's the name of the tweak that disables multitasking?

And does it effect any other part or function of the phone? Any issues with anything so far?

I haven't had any issues thus far at all. It acts just like 3.1.3, exactly. I got it off the http://sinfuliphonerepo.com repo
The name of it is Disable ios4 Multitasking
