I am planning to upgrade my iOS 5.1.1 to 6.1.2 but just now i realize that cydia doesn't save 6.1.2 Blobs, though i have blobs of 6.0.1 i am wandering what could lead to cydia doesn't save my blobs of 6.1.2

Is there a way to install 6.1.2 with blobs of 6.0.1 ?

Nope, you can never install 6.1.2 on that phone without those blobs. Only 6.0.1 since you have those available.
And next time save your shsh blobs manually when singed still by using tinyumbrella or redsnow.
Don't rely on cydia to autosave them cause there's millions of devices on queue waiting for blobs to be pulled.

Besides what has already been stated, most of the SHSH saved for iOS6 firmware by Cydia have incomplete apticket so they are worthless for restoring.
