Hey guys,

I've heard of OpenBackup, pkgbackup and xBackup, and just wondered if anyone had used these?

I saw people referring to syncing your iPhone after using xBackup, does this just mean make a backup using iTunes, or does it actually mean sync all of your apps etc?
