Cydia error "package commemdefrag needs to be reinstalled."

I keep getting the cydia error "The package commemdefrag needs to be reinstalled. but I can't find an archive for it." I can't view my installed apps or search for anything through cydia. I'm running on. ios 7.0.4 jailbreak. Any ideas how to fix it?
