Cydia Exchange unlock -Iphone locks if not booted jailbreaked

Hi all,

I have the "Exchange unlock" installed in Cydia and it works great except that every time I reboot the Iphone I need to jailbreak it, otherwise it locks.
I would like to update the
com.apple.springboard.plist file to set minlenght to 0, but in IOS 4.2.1 it's not in the /var/Managed Preferences/mobile/ dir.

Any tips?
