iPhone Cydia help

I have been JB for almost a year on my 4s. Recently when I look at the description of packages, it looks like this..... Any ideas how to fix?

Weird.
You try reloading cydia?
Try using your carriers data and see if that particular wifi is blocking certain ports used by cydia.

How do you reload it? I looked to see if I could re install big boss repo but says they are all there... Thank you.

The Cydia Home page has a reload button.

Then no, it does not work.

In addition to this, my cydia icon is a blank white icon. Any ideas?

The white icon I had to turn off then back on. Not saying it fix all but worked for me.
