iPad Cydia icon is missing after restart homescreen layout

Hy guys , thanks for reading this
I accidentally clicked restart homescreen layout and then my cydia icon disappeared, i can't seem to find the right answer at any website , but i found out i still can access cydia through safari http://cydia
I tried to download something but it didn't appear on my homescreen
I don't have any backup before
I'm on ipad 3 o.s 7.1.1
Any answer will be appreciated , thanks in advance

open cydia and reinstall cydia installer. see if that helps

Do you have OpenSSH, AFC2ADD, Mobile Terminal, or equivalent installed? If you do try running uicache command.
