Cydia not showing save shsh

So I have Jb iPhone 4 on iOs 4.1 but couldn't save 4.1 on time. However, It shows that Cydia save 4.2.1 but not 4.3. I was wondering why? Any help is appreciated.

So I don't really know anything about jailbreaking, but my best guess would be that 4.1 isnt being signed anymore so you cant save it

Use Tinyumbrella to find out exactly what shsh blobs you have on file.
Dont rely on cydia showing it on the top of the page cause sometimes that could be delayed.

I know that I can't save 4.1 anymore but I wasn't sure why 4.3 doesn't show up in the Cydia save blob. As for TU what should I do with the saved shsh if I'm going to buy a new computer soon. Is there any ways for me to transport that file over? Or is it saved onto the website or something?

They're all saved on cydias server also.
All you gotta do is download and run TU when you get the new computer.
