iPhone Cydia not working

I have iPhone 5, newest iOS....and it wont let me install apps, uninstall apps.

When I open Cydia, it says Database at top, and

"Wow, you exceeded the number of package names this APT is capable of.
Problem with merge list.......Etc. "

Already several postings running on this, remove 1 or more repo's and all will work again
