cydia not working

i just jailbroke my iphone 3g 3.1.3. but when i get on cydia it says UNABLE TO LOAD (NO INTERNET CONNECTION) EVEN THOUGH I AM ON THE INTERNET.. ON THE PHONE.. ANY IDEA

Works fine here.
Make sure you're connected to Wifi or carrier data.
Do websites thru safari load?

wifi... no they dont load

If nothing loads like webpages etc.. chances are cydia will not either.
Maybe your internet is down, try to reset your router.
