Cydia problems - anyone else?

I just restored my phone the other night and i've been working on putting my JB apps back onto my iphone. I am trying to download ColorKeyboard and MBEX, but each time I get the error

"This package is either paid or requires a paid page to function"

Is anyone else having this problem?

I saw this error when the Amazon payment service Cydia uses was down. There's no problem on the device.

That's good news (especially since some free tweaks I'm trying to download are now saying the same thing)...
