iPhone Cydia Problems

I have an iPhone 4 running ios 6 and I have cydia installed and its tethered. But none of the apps installed thru it seem to be functioning... they dont even apear in settings... Any tips?

It is a tethered jailbreak.
Did you do a proper Just Boot tethered to get back into jailbroken mode ?
